Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** Sometimes Pipefy feels inflexible. It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows. Furthermore, several sophisticated features are only available with more expensive plans, which prevented us from using the platform to its full potential. **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to standardise and expedite manual, repetitive operations including request management, onboarding, and approvals thanks to Pipefy. You might have 35 fields on your card but only 25 in your report. So, you'll have to work with the team to make this work. Also, there are lags in follow-up from IT, some features make no sense (like how cards are created). Each order can be tracked from the very beginning (request submission) to the invoice that has been paid. The configuration design is excellent. We also like the history recording function so everyone can track who did what for the specific card. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** If one phase has more than 20 cards, previewing all the cards in that phase is hard. I have to keep scrolling down to go through what I have in that phase. The automation email is complicated. Sometimes our clients will reply the automation email, which is very hard to get notifications. Luckily, with the GraphQL API, one can augment nearly every missing element. What cannot be augmented, unfortunately, is localization. Its user interface is quite clean and stable. Its prices are also competitive as they are more economical than other software in its category. Its mobile application is good as it is very well designed and helps us stay in communication since I can enter information wherever I am, and someone in our office can continue with the processes without calling me or sending me an email. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** For a small company, it is difficult to set up automations, load databases, and things that require some type of "programming." **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipefy has helped us a lot in project development management and in error correction, saving us money and time on solutions. ### 27. It, at times, could become very confusing for me as a worker and I would have to reteach myself about the product due to software updates. I have been used to how everything runs so efficiently and then those changes make me have to go back and relearn. It has a simple and easy to use layout when building processes. You can build many pipes with different processes and connect each pipe through processes, which has helped a lot when a certain task has to go from one pipe to another (or one employee to another). Implementing wasn't as hard as I imagined it to be because pipefy had someone to help us out! **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** Since I already use Pipedrive for my sales team I've been able to substitute pipefy for pipedrive and save on the monthly payments. That's pretty much the only thing i dislike. If pipefy had more features similar to pipedrive I would definitely keep pipefy. Like any other platform it takes some time to learn how to build the processes you want. **Recommendations to others considering Pipefy:** Before considering pipefy search and try all pipe based platforms. Many will give you a free trial period. **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used pipefy to help on the my companies Customer Success process. For instance, modifying our pipe and the different stages is a real pain in the ass and it takes too long because the UX is not great. They should have more documentation on how to use Pipefy, I feel the one they have is very basic and doesn't help us use the tool at its maximum. I would also like them to integrate the possibility to send automatic mails to our clients each time that we move a client from one stage to another (like a gmail integration). **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Pipefy in My Account Managements team to have a follow up of the admistrative onboarding of our new clients. ### 34. It's amazing, if you're looking to implement lightweight BPO. All incoming tasks start with an intake form. You can set up any process you want with your team to handle complex processes. It's everything JIRA should have been. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** Mediocre support. Takes a long time to respond, and nobody really cares about helping you (the support team is actually the sales team, so I can emphasize & I'm not surprised their priorities are elsewhere). **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is every project manager's dream tool for handling external requests.
