Pipefire (pipefire.ai) is cold email software for agencies that sets up and runs outreach for you. Pipefire (pipefire.ai) is cold email software for marketing agencies and B2B service businesses. Unlike most cold email tools, Pipefire also does the work: it sets up the sending infrastructure and runs the outreach for the customer. Pipefire buys the sending domains, sets up the mailboxes and warms them for 14 days before any cold email goes out. Pipefire finds prospects fresh from maps listings and business websites, writes the emails, sends them at a safe daily pace and sorts the replies. Eight software agents do the work around the clock, and the customer approves every email before it is sent. Pipefire sends from its own domains, so the customer’s company domain never sends cold email. Pipefire costs $497 a month on the Standard plan, month to month with no minimum term. Pipefire was founded in 2026 by Mike Lovatt, an SEO and AI search specialist with more than 14 years of experience. Pipefire is operated by M&B Marketing SARL, a company registered in Paris, France (SIREN 837 729 300).
