The best part of Pipedrive is the ability to visually see exactly where your sales pipeline is at. You can drag and drop each deal in the appropriate column, and dig in to each one of those deals and create appointments, send emails, make notes and review the history of each touch point with the client. The new feature of "pinning" a note is great, but to be able to search for keywords would be a real plus with this CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive: We would highly recommend Pipedrive to any business that has a sales process in place for their business. As a business consultant company, we are always showing our business clients the features and benefits of Pipedrive, and showing them how this CRM would be perfect for their company. The biggest problems we are solving in our business is the multiple tasks and processes for all the products and services we sell. As a Google Apps for Work Reseller, there are over 100 tasks involved in getting this set up for clients. With Pipedrive, you can customise your pipelines, and drag and drop not only your sales pipeline for each product, but create task pipelines for each service or products so you know what stage you are at for every client.
