Integration with Google Contacts and Calendar is so crucial, this features has performed well. Pipedrive would not work without it so I'd like to see that pushed even further. I'd like to see some triggers for when clients start to rot. auto-emails and advancing to the next stage in a pipeline. the word "rotting" can disengage some people, it sounds childish. maybe change that to "stale" or "actionable". I'd also like to see smoother integration with Zillow and Realtor.com leads. Maybe the ability to sync multiple different Google Contact lists would be helpful as well. I'm a Realtor, I use pipedrive to keep track of the hundreds of people I call each month, and how many times I've called them. I also use it to keep track of current clients, and what stage they are at in the home buying process. I could not manage anywhere near the number of leads I do without pipedrive.
