What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a CRM focused exclusively on sales. I love the easy UX, the clear reporting, and the fun animation when you win a deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive does one thing very well. If you're looking for a complete suite with integrations for customer support for example, Pipedrive is not that. However, it's API and marketplace make it easy to integrate with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
