What do you like best?

It is absolutely a great tool. I Iove the simplicity of this tool. It consists of variety of options for managing customers. There is also availability of so many helpful tutorials. What do you dislike?

Although mobile version is found to be very helpful. One of the least thing is that mail management is found to be difficult on mobile phones. What do you like best?

Pipedrive is the only CRM I've come across that allows me to map the salesperson's process seamlessly, from Prospect to a Close. I like the speed with which custom fields and workflows can be created and the seamless lead forms and chat bots on web pages which can be easily qualified using Leadbooster. This is one of the best features of Pipedrive.

It integrates into literally hundreds of systems using tools like Integromat and Zapier, making a salesperson's life even easier.

Support is excellent and consistently provide solid advice within seconds of requesting help in live chat.

Onboarding to Pipedrive or migrating from a different system is painless as long as you are working with a qualified partner who knows the system. It takes a matter of hours to understand everything available in the system and how to map your sales process for maximum effect.

Pipedrive tracks your identity across multiple companies which means you only ever need one login for Pipedrive.

The mobile app is a gamechanger as well - as soon as contacts are created in the system, the Caller ID feature shows your users how much this contact is worth in terms of open Deals as well as which organisation they're from. What do you dislike?

Dutch and Arabic names with Van X or Al X are not recognised properly by the name splitting functionality when keying in someone's full name. As such, keying in Vincent Van Gogh on a mobile would result in a first name of Vincent Van. Mohammed Bin Zayed would be stored as Mohammed Bin.

Addresses entered in the main desktop version are not shown correctly in the mobile app unless they match precisely with a valid address on Google Maps. This means if the city where you are selling is in an area not fully developed by Google Maps, you need to be very careful with how you record business addresses.

As a CRM, these are two really important features for salespeople and they have yet to be addressed.

Where the mobile app fails hard is when you are a member of multiple companies you can only be logged into one at a time. This means that the awesome Caller ID feature effectively breaks if you forget to switch back to another company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Before implementing Pipedrive, sit down with the Sales team and document the end-to-end process first. Highlight which parts can fit in Pipedrive and which require integrations etc. Do a full data collection and data-cleanse/de-duplication process before setting up the system. Pipedrive itself can be implemented within a half day if the preparation is done correctly. If this has not been done, you may end up changing Pipedrive significantly after uploading all the existing sales / customer data. I really like the fact that you can undo a data import after the fact - this level of "undo" is powerful and makes up for the lack of a test/sandbox environment.

Working through the process also helps people to understand that the sales process is not as complex as most companies think. This is particularly true when talking to a customer who is in love with Salesforce and can't see how they would migrate anywhere else. Socialising Pipedrive's features helps Sales teams to understand that their current process is perhaps too cumbersome.

One of my clients used to use Salesforce and told me that the entry of information in Pipedrive is a salesperson's dream - a new person and organisation can be keyed in and the deal created in a matter of 30 seconds, compared to a couple of minutes in Salesforce. I recommend asking Salespeople to create a deal for a new contact and organisation in Salesforce and then do the same in Pipedrive - Pipedrive is so good for speeding up that initial process.

Security is also excellent in Pipedrive - fine-grained role-based access control is in place with hierarchical team structures and access controls very simple to put in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pipedrive has transformed some of the businesses I have worked with - for firms in Accounting, Consulting, Heavy Manufacturing, B2B and B2C eCommerce to name a few. The level of automation possible using the built-in workflows to the outstanding API connectivity, means that virtually any business process can be captured and beautifully automated in a matter of hours. In a small company, we have been able to integrate the sales system to the accounting system and reduce administration staff by 50%.

We've also been able to link Pipedrive into communication tools such as Twilio to send SMS or WhatsApp messages to customers at different stages of the process. This is so important for a B2C CRM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to setup, you can easily create different pipelines with different stages and even import your data using a spreadsheet if you are using another solution. The API is great so you can extract any useful data to create custom reports (on a spreadsheet, google data studio, etc) or even automate processes to save time and make your team more efficient. It also has useful dashboards to keep track of the results of your team. It was the best tool I have ever used for pipelines and offers a lot of third parties integration so you can even automatically call your leads as soon as they are created if you combine it with other solutions.

You can also adapt a pipeline to manage your customers lifecycle and with some work from your developers try to build a Customer Success tool without having to subscriber to an expensive CS solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is really focused on the pipelines so I miss having just one system to manage and concentrate all kinds of interactions with your leads and customer. You will have to have another solution for CRM or e-mail marketing and is not so simple to identify whose are engaged with your solution or who should you prioritise the sales contact based on engagement. If you are looking to a single platform to concentrate all the relationship with your leads and customer I would recommend you something more complete like Hubspot but if you need an awesome tool to manage pipelines definitely Pipedrive is one of the best solutions on the market. First idea was to have our entire sales pipeline and we build an integration so as soon as the user subscribers to a trial of our system the lead was automatically created on the pipeline so the sales team will start to lead with them and keep going with the whole sales process. After that working well we started to manage also the entire customer lifecycle inside Customer Success department, so we had a pipeline for Activation, another one for Retention and the last one for Expansion (Upgrades and Upsell), we tried to build inside pipedrive a Customer Success tool and it worked well. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

It is easy to use, manage, and has a great user interface. The CRM is the best that I have come across. Am able to easily manage my prospect clients from generating a lead to closing a sale. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Pipedrive provides a user friendly solution that isn't overly technical and can be changed by simple drag & drop and setting changes. The overview of the sales pipeline is easy to see from an overview, but also you can easily dive into the details. The UI is clean, not overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Pipedrive, understandably for its price and position in the market, is sometimes limited in terms of in-depth reporting (compared to Salesforce or a more robust analytic tool). You also can not customize certain fields/remove certain fields 100%. When passing information to other softwares via integrations or zapier, the options are sometimes limited too. What do you like best?

We use pipedrive as our CRM and to manage our sales pipelines. The short answer is: It just works. It helped simplify our process and keep track of everything in one easily-usable place. Our favorite features are the visible rot feature and the awesome contacts timeline - couldn't do without it. What do you dislike?

The Smart Contact data and sales suggestions seem a little half baked - they could use some work. Would love it if they kept improving their UI so it was even more visual than it already is. I would love for them to add a feature to automatically record and connect calls into the deals /contacts section without requiring a third party. Overall, not too many complaints. Each transaction or account can be easily viewed and managed. If you close a task on an account, you will be prompted for follow-up tasks, ensuring that important follow-up tasks will not be lost. Pipedrive makes it easy with an easy to understand user interface, which is where Pipedrive manufacturers spend a lot of time. You can get a rough idea of things from one view, which is impressive. What do you like best?

With my 3 years of working experience with Pipedrive, I must say Pipedrive saved my time so much in managing our accounts, customers, business meetings, email marketing activities. At the beginning, the cost is quite high for my budget but trust me, it is going to pay back to its convenience. We have less internal meetings than before using Pipedrive as everything can be seen clearly from all accounts so that managers can manage things without questioning you and your colleagues all the time. What do you like best?

Pipedrive is excellent tool. It helps us in tracking identities across multiple companies. It means we just need to login Pipedrive once. Its mobile app always give quick results. I would say pipedrive has transformed my business positively. This product is incredibly easy to run. This is the best tool for keeping our tool well organized.
