What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I was able to automate and integrate tools that make setting up appointments, send emails, and track new leads easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There are no manual or videos on how to learn this stuff you ultimately have to just do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:

I would like for them to make videos or ask current users to make videos on how they use the service and granting those users rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

A good sales flow is essential and not something I see in other CRM software. I think PipeDrive does a good job at fixing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
