"Simply the Best CRM"

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Intuitive interface, performance, fields/lists customization, integration, data load. Pipedrive is simply the best CRM regarding this topics. It was a pleasant surprise when we found this solution.

We have used other big CRM players and they did not offer the same experience as Pipedrive did.

Mobile version is as good as web layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Analytics cannot be personalized like lists/reports. It is not a real business intelligence.

Quota is limited and probably the weakest part of Pipedrive. It is not possible to control quota by product, month, teams, etc.

The integration with Trello could be more flexible. It can only create cards in specific situations/events. It would be good to have more options to create cards and to personalize the information sent to the cards as well.

Integration using APIs would be good since we have local (Brazil) solutions and of course they are not available for integration with Pipedrive.

That would be good to have cheaper users, just to read opportunities/contacts and manage tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:

Within a few hours we were up and running, with all of our clients, contacts and deals!

And the team was engaged very quickly because of the ease of use, custom fields and integrations.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can follow up our pipeline using different view (lists, forecast, so forth) during our sales meetings.

Our companies/contacts database is organized and accessible to the team.
