my personal opinion is the search option...i find it hard and slightly time consuming to track down past cases and i'm just using it for 3-4 months...a year from now probably will take me longer to track down past cases.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

go for it, easy to use and it will allows you in more efficient and faster way to meet your targets, easy monitor situations and follow up pending cases.
