What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I manage a team of sales representatives remotely from a different state. Pipedrive makes it so easy for me to track what my employees are doing throughout the day and identify where our customer's are in their sales cycle. I would highly recommend this to any size sales team who wants to be more organized and simplify the customer management process. Wonderful product with a lot of customization! What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
