What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It's so easy and intuitive. We previously used a big clunky system that required hours of training, had no customer support, and didn't easily do the things we wanted it to do. This system allows us to have a shared consciousness of what everyone is working on and how we can best contribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I want the integration to work better with my Mac Microsoft Outlook, but it's getting there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:

We're finding that because the interface with Pipedrive is so much better, people are more likely to use it. It was so hard to use Netsuite that no one ever wanted to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was impossible to easily see who had what leads and where they were in our pipeline. We were using a powerpoint document to track all leads and an excel spreadsheet to manage tasks. It was getting out of control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
