What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What I like best is that is shows me at a glance everything I've got going on, is easy to set up, and then stays out of my way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Reliance on Zapier for automation. A number of Zapier-dependent automation items would be fairly trivial for Pipedrive to just integrate. ( I feel able to say that being that I am a developer ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
