What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like using this platform because it keeps everything organized and actionable. Keeps us accountable and on task. once we customized it to fit our organization, we can monitor every lead and action throughout the process. It is not a magic software that if you buy it you will get customers, however if you manage it and follow through with scheduling and tracking its sure to make an impact. We currently dont use all the features but will likely expand them as time goes on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There is a lot of features you have to pay extra for. Nice thing is you can Al a cart them instead of having to pay for a ton of features one may not use, but some things seem like it would be nice if they were included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
