What I like most about Pipedrive CRM for G Suite is how easy it is to use from the very beginning. The pipeline view is very visual and allows you to quickly understand where each opportunity stands without complications.

What I like least about Pipedrive CRM for G Suite is that some features feel a bit unpolished in daily use. For example, task management can become somewhat repetitive and tedious, especially after many consecutive interactions.

It is excellent at integrating with other software, keeping organized with clients, and automation with email. Performance = works great. Pricing was affordable. Free trial to start with most features. Fantastic support.

None, it did exactly what I expected it to do.

Getting back to clients in a timely manner. Pipedrive CRM easily lets you focus on responses and flow of conversation with clients and approve when they receive a contract / next stage of sale. Nice and easy. UI is excellent and easy to use.

Pipedrive was the first CRM I used. It's pretty easy to set up and keeps track of all your commitments and steps.

Certain integrations were not possible, and certain sales steps vary between industries and would require a slightly more agile system.

I would particularly highlight the organisation of sales. The systematic nature of the tool allows you to use it as your sole means of communication with customers, and if used correctly, you can monitor a huge number of sales process metrics and final results.

I love how easy it is to find information on a lead and to see where in the sales pipeline they are in. Also really enjoy the integrations with my email so all communication can be done from Pipedrive.

It can be frustrating to see task come up to complete after each call I make. I have to bulk mark outgoing text items as done every single hour of the day.

It is quite a clean interface that different parts of the team can all be in and take advantage of. I like the random graphics built in like when you close a sale. It is small but it shows they have paid attention to the little things. It is not a clunky platform like other platforms can be. It is easily integrated into different parts of the team too.

So far I have not come across any downsides.

It is helping to have consistencies for reporting across the team which is crucial as the team grows. This way there are concrete trackeable numbers and contacts being inputted.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?**

It is easy to use. There are a lot of features that are efficient in building leads one example is that when you add an email address of a person, it will somehow show you their profile picture which is very helpful for me in identifying who I am contacting. It is also integrated to other software so i find it very convenient, like JustCall and my work email. I use this every day for the past 2 years now and all I can say is this is very helpful on my work. I once had an issue but it is already fix when I reach out their customer support, they are very responsive and won't leave you hanging until you solve the issue. Another thing I like about Pipedrive Is that you can filter out or label your leads as per your liking and it is very easy to implement.

I think this CRM requires a fast and stable internet which is understandable, sometimes it takes time for my notes or email to reflect.

The best thing about the PriveDrive is all the agents have a aover all view of the sales navigator, can assign callback, emails and also the account to each other. As a manager we get to know exactly how and how the agents are working on the sales leads.

They need to work on individual reporting when it comes to the agents. As our one team is using Zendesk so it becomes difficult to configure things and does not have the complete access.

The best hing about this software is that it give you a complete view of the leads. You have the various options to assign call back, voice mails, email to each and any agent. Even one of the deals can be transfered to a different agent by any one.

Very clear layout. Easy to see what stage you're at - from Prospecting to closing the path is very clear. Having a defined funnel helps you to stay focus and the way in which Pipedrive helps you to arrange this information is very helpful.

Cost. For me the pricing is a bit on the high side, but I I believe the ROI on this will be very high.

Pipedrive helped us track our outreach to schools and administration for our financial literacy programming. It was very helpful for what it was. We switched to Salesforce after awhile.

It could have been more reliable when tracking emails, as it would often need a 'custom email' address for each 'deal' in order for if it to actually work. Which wasn't always a dealbreaker, but it was frustrating at times

We used it to track outreach for local teachers and administrators. It helped us keep track of many differing types of conversations, and enter inputs so that the deals could be closed and we could run programming there.

I do not really have many negatives. I guess the main one would be the search function. It would be good to search contacts by any source/description code.

Seamless integration (at least 98% of the time) with various ERP tools. Allows sales and project management teams to track progress easily. The interface is also intuitive and easy to understand.

Software is excellent for Sales and Project Management teams but could be improved for customer service. Multiple "Issues" created for a single customer (e.g., a customer sends numerous emails, etc.) often create confusion, especially for huge customer service teams.

Customer support - tracking and resolving customer service requests. Pipedrive allows us to track and respond to requests sent easily.

I used it for the first time during my summer internship time.Pipedrive plays a very important role in managing all of our clients and potential clients. It helped me a lot by storing the clients contact informations, email history, phone number, details about the last time that I contacted them etc.
•	A central place for storing their contact info, things like name, email history, phone no and so
•	Core area of any CRM system is pipeline or sales funnel
•	To manage clients from the very 1st point of contact to  the end of your sales funnel

To be frank I almost liked every feature of Pipedrive, because it was also the first such CRM tool that I have used. The only thing that I didn't liked that much was the application wasn't that much user friendly

Something I find very interesting and that in my opinion is the best of Pipedrive CRM is its workflow, since I've been using this software, it shows me in a clear and easy way how functions and things are made. Honestly, there are certain things that I don't like from using Pipedrive CRM every single day, and it's its login page, is annoying when you put credentials and instead of giving you access, it suddenly redirects you back to the main page and you have to authorize accounts through master access software in order to login successfully and it's only made for people who want to move fast through things.

Pipedrive is good option for sales business but it has some issues need to be resolved for better performance. All of its features are complex to use rather than Zoho or HubSpot and I have to do so many clicks for set up this tool for work. I would say my favorite thing about Pipedrive is its simplicity. From the very first time you use it, it is very clear how everything functions. Few buttons and options to choose from, makes it very straightforward and simple to train you team how to use.

While it's simplicity is my favorite aspect, it also is what leads to it being only an "ok" crm. It lacks the customization that other CRM's like hubspot or salesforce allows you. If it were a free CRM (or had a free version) I wouldn't have any issues with this, but when you're paying $15 per month then I would expect more options.

I would recommend that you should definitely use the free trial period just to make sure that it fits your businesses needs. Also shop around and look at other CRM's such as Hubspot or Pipeline Deals.

Until your contact is connected to the correct business, you won't be able to see any information about the deal. I think the automatic feature could use some work to tie in URL's of emails to the business.  For example if everyone in a business has the email @businessXYZ.com then all emails should automatically be considered a part of that same business. It makes sense.

I think this app could use some improvement. However, the actual company Pipedrive and their mobile app are very well though out and put together. I highly recommend using Pipedrive for your business!

I would highly recommend this software to any team is looking to run its own show for sales. You don't need any onboarding, training or any tech help to set this up and start using it.
Their app is extremely easy to use and the UI/UX is brilliant.
I would also recommend that the main heads of the department create the structure of the People/Company difference in the software and set it up accordingly. This can get a little confusing at scale, especially if you have not set the ground rules for the same and implemented it with your team.

Used Pipedrive to track all our leads and the communication with them through Gsuite. Majority of our outreach to our leads was offline due to the sector we were working in and the Pipedrive app made it super simple to track the progress, tasks and conversations there.
