We have been down with our texting, which is the major source of our patient communication, and we have received no help from Pioneer. This is the second time we’ve had a major issue, and we still have not received help from them. We have called every day for the past seven weeks, with no movement. It is an overloaded app that where its functions are organized on the top bar and even broken down further.
