Users come to Pinterest using it as its own micro-Search engine to find new ideas, hacks, brands because they are open to discovery. This platform probably gives brands the best opportunity to get discovered by NEW users since they are coming to the platform with more of an open mind to look for pins of interest for their boards. **What do you dislike about Pinterest?** Pinterest, UI-wise for the hands-on user on the advertiser end is clunky, not very user-friendly when trying to set up ads, make edits, see exisitng ad sets or ads. The platform on the advertiser/buisness end needs a lot of UI improvements for us to work more efficiently. I don't think they have made UI improvments in the last 5 years. **What problems is Pinterest solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to drive website traffic and sales for an ecommerce appliance brand. This means people still use it, so companies should use it for targeting. **What do you dislike about Pinterest?** It's not very helpful for all kinds of pictures, you need a portrait picture for best results (different from all other social media and not ideal for blog posts), the PIN editor is very buggy, plus the return on ads was the lowest in ALL of our results.
