"PINpoint increases quality and drives down warranty"

What do you like best about PINpoint MES?

This out of the box MES solution is easy to implement and versatile when configuring. The ideal solution for process control, tool interlock, traceability, data collection / retention and the integration of other devices such as PLC's, torque positioning arms, etc. Not to mention, the programming is very straight forward. Overall, the support is top notch, and the software is world class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PINpoint MES?

Some of the previous versions of had some bugs, but version 5 seems stable thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PINpoint MES solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software is a solution for interlocking DC tools and recording the data. The workstations can be sequentially interlocked as well, along with the process steps. This software helps to improve quality and the manufacturing process. We have noticed an increase in both. We have also seen a reduction warranty. Another benefit we have noticed is a positive outlook from the operator standpoint with the ease of use of this manufacturing system. I would highly recommend Pinpoint if you want to increase the quality of your product, drive down warranty, defects and improve your manufacturing processes. What do you like best about PINpoint MES?

My favorite part about Pinpoint MES is that I can call out a torque program in pinpoint and it has the ability to choose the specified program in the torque controller. This allows the capability to torque many different fasteners at different torques and record the data for future reference making it a great tool for controlling the quality of the product. What do you dislike about PINpoint MES?

When copying process steps to different products, I would like to be able to drag and drop or than one step at a time. Currently I am only able to drag and drop one step at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PINpoint MES?

The most helpul aspect of PinPoint is it's ability for complete traceability and the additional features it is capable of ensure manufacturing efficiency. Station tracking and productivity monitoring are the key features in making processes running efficient. It is a superb tool in communicating quality and velocity. What do you like best about PINpoint MES?

With all of the datapoints provided by PINpoint for every operation, it provides us with a great way to identify key areas of improvement. The customization at each station has been great as well. There was a bit of a learning curve, but it has been fairly easy to adapt to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
