Before, we were doing everything via outlook email...which wasn't the most efficient. Scheduling interviews became convoluted and chaotic. I'm about 2 months into using Pinpoint and have been so pleased with the level of automation, customization and customer service. Whether it was my onboarding support, Kee (who keeps checking in), or the live chat feature, I never feel alone or unsupported. I'm most pleased with the level of automation and time saving we've already seen having lost our coordinator role and now are needing to reduce the administrative time more than ever before. The platform is very straightforward to use - it's very easy to set up new users and manage their access. There is a chat options where you can reach Customer Support, so you can get help on anything you need very quickly. Managing the hiring process end to end is great, scheduling interviews is automated, you can create as many templates as you want and now that workflow automations have been created, it's even easier to just look after what's essential, and let the system do the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pinpoint? I think the reporting function needs updating. It's great to be able to generate reports, but they still need a lot of manual reviewing and manipulation after being pulled, this is because their filtering is not great. Customer Support is amazing 99% of the time, but some other times you have to wait days before getting an answer, and you will have to follow up. A lot of issues that weren't solvable in a day have been left with the developers, only to have to chase monthly to try and get to a conclusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Pinpoint solving and how is that benefiting you? Pinpoint allows me to make the process of scheduling interviews a lot easier. Calendars are automatically synced, and all we need to do is press a button and select availability. This saves us a lot of time, especially when we have to coordinate several calendars at once. We've been using Pinpoint as our first ATS at Bede, and I’m really glad we chose this platform. It’s incredibly easy to use, both for our hiring managers and candidates, and we’ve never had any issues with accessibility or navigation. The reporting tools are solid and there are so many customisable features that make the recruitment process smoother. But the real standout is the customer support - no matter the query, big or small, the team is always just a message away and genuinely happy to help. Overall, Pinpoint has made our recruitment process more efficient and enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend it to any team looking for a reliable, user-friendly ATS.
