What do you like best about Pinnacle Teleservices?

Pinnacle Teeservices we mostly use its SMS platform for sending transactional and promotional messages. It's easy to use interface allows for DLT registration and Template registration with ease . We buy bulk messages which is integrated with our Kylas CRM and Quizly App. We mostly use the SMS to send OTP to the consumers for logging in and other customer updates. What do you dislike about Pinnacle Teleservices?

Costing of Pinnacle messaging is on par with its competitors, so nothing to dislike about pinnacle teleservices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pinnacle Teleservices solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Pinnacle Teleservices for SMS marketing. We have bought 50000 SMS for a low prices and use them for sending OTP messages and transactional messages. Broadcasting of messages through pinnacle teleservices is possible by updating the contact list on their dash board. Pinnacle Teleservices provide with access to DLT registrations as well. First our Sender Id needs to be registered along with DLT approved template, copy the template onto Pinnacle's Dash board update the contact list and broadcast your messages.

Pinnacle Teleservices also provides with the delivery report as well which helps us to determine the delivery rate of messages and undelivered messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
