Pinlyx is an omnichannel CRM for teams whose customers message rather than email. It brings Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Reddit, email and website live chat into one shared inbox, turns every conversation into a contact with a pipeline stage, and runs AI agents that answer on Telegram, live chat and the social inbox using your own AI provider key. It also includes a social post scheduler, outreach sequences, lead discovery, a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. Pinlyx was formerly called CRM Solid. Pricing: Free plan with one Telegram account, Pro at $24.99 per month, Business at $99 per month.
