PingToPay sends automated payment reminder emails for freelancers and small businesses who invoice clients abroad. Add invoices manually or by CSV, set your reminder schedule once, and when an invoice goes overdue, three escalating reminders go out automatically. Each stage is fully editable with a live preview, includes your own payment link (Wise, PayPal, Payoneer or bank details), and sends you a BCC copy. Clients get an "I've already paid" link that pauses reminders until you confirm, and you can pause any single invoice yourself. PingToPay does not create invoices. It works alongside the tool you already use. Free for your first 5 overdue invoices; Pro is $12/month or $120/year for unlimited reminders.
