Also, notification content can be updated without requiring a code release, which has been very useful for our team. **What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?** Currently NotificationAPI only supports one production environment and one sandbox environment. **What problems is Pingram (previously NotificationAPI) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently use multiple notification services tied to our codebase making it difficult to manage notifications without technical knowledge. Some of the notification services also use older technologies such as `messagequeue` which has been problematic for us. Searching for notifications makes testing go faster. Customer Support is fast to respond and address concerns. **What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?** This is minor but sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than I did with say mailtrap for notifications to come through. Sometimes I have to refresh a bunch or clear my cache. I was also concerned about having write access as a tester but that was (or is almost) being addressed. **What problems is Pingram (previously NotificationAPI) solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a tester, it's making it easier for me to find notifications quickly with the filter options. ### 4.
