**What do you like best about PingPong Payments?**

I love how easy it is to set up an account with PingPong. The customer service team is really great at resolving my issues, and I love that there are no subscription fees!

**What do you dislike about PingPong Payments?**

Because it's a payment company, there are a lot of documents required to verify the user, which can be a bit of a hassle. I'd love to see this process streamlined a bit. Other than that, PingPong is great!

**What problems is PingPong Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PingPong is super helpful when dealing with international payments or payments from different freelancing platforms. It's also great because it has such low conversion rates compared to other apps
