**What do you like best about Pinggy?**

What won me over is how little friction there is between needing a public URL and having one — one SSH command, no account setup, no client to install. That simplicity held up across a Node project, a Django app, and a mobile build needing HTTPS callbacks, with zero adjustments needed. Under real use — long debugging sessions, sustained webhook traffic from Stripe and GitHub — tunnels come up in seconds and stay up thanks to auto-reconnect. It's an easy sell cost-wise too: the free tier covers most day-to-day testing, and the paid tier costs far less than the time I used to lose deploying to staging just to test something small. I've never had to reach out for support either — the docs answered everything.

**What do you dislike about Pinggy?**

It's honest infrastructure, nothing smart happening behind the scenes — the debugger shows raw request/response data, but won't flag anomalies or explain patterns for you. If you want it wired into a CI/CD pipeline or cloud platform automatically, you'll be scripting that yourself. And past the basics, custom domains and IP whitelisting mean reading docs rather than a guided flow.

**What problems is Pinggy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It cut out deploying to a public environment just to test or demo something local, which sped up client feedback and made chasing webhook bugs far less painful. Given the price and setup effort, it pays for itself almost immediately.
