Pingen is a platform for sending business letters online. Upload documents in the WebApp, or automate sending through the REST API, SDKs and integrations with your existing software. Pingen prints, inserts and posts each letter, and you pay only for the letters you actually send. In 10 countries, Pingen prints letters locally and hands them directly to the domestic postal provider: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and India. This reduces delivery times and costs compared with cross-border mail. For all other destinations, Pingen delivers worldwide via DHL. Typical use cases are invoices, payment reminders, contracts, customer communications and official notices, as well as direct mail campaigns in A4 format such as offers, invitations and welcome letters. You can send a single letter or large recurring mailings without printing, folding or stamping anything yourself, so there is no need for an in-house mailroom. Every letter is tracked from upload until it is handed over to the postal service, and webhooks provide automated status updates along the way. Undeliverable mail is managed through automated return processing.
