So far I didn't get any issues with PingIdentity products.I don't like how the communication at the API layer is based on changing the content type instead of using a standard RESTful API. To me, this seems like some kind of security by obscurity. I love the mobile app. I used to train employees on using the desktop application to copy and paste their new code for access. I recently started using the app on my phone and watch. The one thing that does bother me using PingFederate is the confusing use of "Done", "Save", and "Next" when you are setting up a configuration. Ping Identity focuses on the cloud now with two core components PingOne nad PingID only in the cloud, unfortunately not all companies are happy with storing data (customer or employee) in cloud, especially if they have to follow specific regulations with data handling (f.e border restrictions).
