When I had a problem, I asked, and they responded. The payment gateway is simple and easy to use, and the tutorials are extremely helpful. I now have two businesses using Pin Payments and I'm so impressed with everything about Pin Payments, and I'm still using PinPayments after 3+ years. Recommendations to others considering Pin Payments: The simplicity and the service, but what I like most of all, is they are Australian. The process of implementing the payment gateway into my websites was speedy and streamline. What problems is Pin Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? I was dissatisfied with my previous payment processor as things weren't working correctly, so I searched and found Pin Payments. I was impressed with how they operate and how easily their system worked, so I applied to use Pin Payments on one of my other websites as I was going to our state Show. The problem I had was when using the Point of Sale at the Show; the business reference was to my first business, not for the second business. By using Pin Payments, it has allowed us to streamline the payment process dramatically for our clients that have pets having surgical procedures. By making payments prior to collection when the client arrives to collect their pet, we can prioritise them and provide more quality time with the importance of their pets recovery. Taking away the need for the client to attend the reception desk and settle bills when they just want to see their furry friend after a procedure, has been such a positive experience. Solving the bottleneck of customers waiting to pay bills at peak times in the practice. Owners of patients in for surgical procedures just want to see their pet, not have to wait to pay bills or do any of the admin. Sign-up is a bit arduous, however given the regulations and auditing required to register as a payment provider I would assume this is more regulatory compliance causing the friction rather than Pin Payments themselves. Some of our clients requesting settling invoices in foreign currencies with non-Australian credit cards. We needed a way to integrate natively with Xero invoices (which now feature a "Pay now by card" button) along with the ability to arbitrarily charge clients cards when settling invoices. I've been using Pin Payments for over six years and have never looked back. It's been an effortless low fee and no-fuss way to use this straightforward card payment service for my clients. I don't pay for merchant fees or devices. It is all secure, and the receipt is sent directly to the client's email account. I receive my payment three workings days later. I love my Pin Payments. I am an accounting and tax agent business, and I have to duplicate the client's full name, email address, and residential address, then the card number, its security codes, and expiry dates. Pin Payments made it easy and quick to implement a credit card payment system into my WooCommerce website. Service and support is fantastic, and fees are low compared with other systems. Added security features enable you to accept payments with minimal worry of credit card fraud and chargeback scams, which have been an issue for me in the past with other payment systems. Pin Payments website is simple to use, easy to access reports, and therefore easy to update banking details. The current method of verifying customers through Woocommerce using a banking statement code is somewhat confusing for some customers and can be challenging to explain.
