**What do you like best about PIMSY?**

The ability to take notes and bill for those sessions was very easy. It was helpful to be able to render appointments and so other could look at notes. 

**What do you dislike about PIMSY?**

The way ABC data was tracked and graphed it was not as user friendly 

**What problems is PIMSY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PIMSY allowed us to go from paper data tracking to electronic data tracking as well as have an electronic medical record so obtaining a release of information for example was easy and accessible from anywhere.

Enables staff to review each other's notes and catch the latest updates to client profiles.

**What do you dislike about PIMSY?**

It always freezes and studs responding. You generally wit close to 5 minutes for it to reboot.

Ease of access for review by anyone at any program
