**What do you like best about PIMSY?**

I loved being able to file large batches of insurance claims in one process.

**What do you dislike about PIMSY?**

I did not like the inability to have files excluded that were not properly  prepared. I also didn't  like having  to manually document visits that needed to be excluded, so therapists could be informed of missing items.

**Recommendations to others considering PIMSY:**

Have a EMR Specialist  inform which software package is most appropriate for your needs. 

**What problems is PIMSY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very effective in filing large batches of claims. It had the storage space to upload client files and documents
