Pimly is exactly the Product Information Management (PIM) solution I’ve been searching for. After years of dealing with various PIM vendors and finding their offerings overpriced and underwhelming, discovering Pimly has been a game-changer for me. While Pimly excels in many areas, it falls short in handling digital assets. Since it wasn’t designed as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, its capabilities in this area are somewhat limited. We love the product carousel! It allows our agents to view product packaging right within our CRM database without having to go into other systems to pull product info ie. the nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement, etc. This decreases call handle time and allows for 1 contact resolution.
