What I like most about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is how intuitive and easy to use it is. Managing product information and digital assets is straightforward, which saves a lot of time and reduces errors. Being able to centralise all product data in one place and quickly update or share it across multiple channels is a big advantage. The main downside is that the initial setup can be a bit time-consuming, particularly when importing large amounts of product data. Ease of use as an administrator-type role is the best feature of Pimberly. I don't look into how it's set up or innovate on our systems at all, just 'use how it is currently set up and in that regard, it's very simple and well integrated to our Shopify stores. The support line is also very effective at getting problems sorted, usually resolved in less than a day. I use Pimberly every day, so I am finding ways to do things quicker regularly, the bulk upload feature is very easy to use and handy when editing a group of SKUs.
