"Effortless Version Control Streamlines Digital Asset Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

In my role I am responsible for digital asset creation and maintenance, I find the functionality to add versions of images and documents very useful as it saves time on me having to conduct audits on links on the website and updating links to newer versions of the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

Occasionally I need to look for particular products on PIM in my role and - mostly because of my own infrequency of use of the function - it can take a couple of attempts for me to filter for the products I need, but I acknowledge this is because I don't have to do this regularly. "Centralized Management with Unmatched Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

I really value Pimberly's flexibility that lets us structure complex product data exactly to our business needs, rather than sticking to a rigid template. The centralized asset management is something I appreciate as it keeps all images and documents linked to the correct SKUs, reducing human errors and increasing consistency. Pimberly eliminates the need to manage product data and digital assets across multiple spreadsheets and disconnected systems, giving us one reliable source of truth. It reduces manual errors, improves data consistency across channels, and speeds up product launches and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

The interface and navigation can feel a bit clunky at times, reporting and analytics could be more flexible, integrations with other systems could be smoother, and bulk operations or automation options could save more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient PIM/DAM with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

It serves as a single source of truth for all product data, significantly speeding up and enhancing the efficiency of publishing and updating products across various marketplaces. I appreciate the remarkable ease of use Pimberly offers, which makes it accessible and intuitive for everyday use. The customer support is exceptional; the team is always responsive and resolves any issues promptly. The continuous updates to the system further enhance its usability and efficiency.
