The multi search function is a great way of finding multple specifc SKUs (if you a have list) without having to using multple filters and duplicate the work. It is also really quick to upload data. We are in the process of consolidating product information that was previously scattered across multiple spreadsheets, email threads, and even stored in people's memories, into a single, centralised location. There isn’t much that comes to mind, honestly. They are starting to incorporate AI into their solutions, although this seems to be happening a bit later than some competitors. In my view, their biggest obstacle is their own mindset—they could aim higher, but at times they seem to believe that their competitors in the market are stronger than they are.
