What do you like best about Pilot?

Pilot's customer support is responsive and helpful. They were very considerate and resourceful when helping me solve a bank account issue. Pilot is much more startup-focused than an average accountant, which is a strong advantage. The Pilot portal is also very clean and simple, which saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Pilot?
