PilotLedger is a business management and drone mapping platform built for commercial drone pilots and teams. American-owned and developed in Springdale, Arkansas, it connects the administrative work of running a drone business with data processing, project analysis and client delivery. PilotLedger’s business tools include CRM, sales pipeline management, professional quotes and proposals, scheduling, invoicing, payment management, expense tracking, fleet records and flight logging. Operators can organise customer relationships, track projects and manage the financial details of their work within a connected system. SkyView, PilotLedger’s desktop mapping and analysis software, processes drone imagery on the operator’s own hardware. Its core capabilities include orthomosaic mapping, point clouds, photo-based 3D models and construction progress monitoring. Dated site visits, map overlays, panoramas, photographs and video layers help users document and communicate changes over time. Optional SkyView packages support survey and earthworks, LiDAR workflows, point-cloud editing and manual classification, terrain modelling, contours, volumetric analysis, thermal roof and solar inspections, and multispectral vegetation analysis. Client portals and project-delivery tools connect finished work with the people who need to review it. Designed for independent operators and growing teams, PilotLedger helps bring customer management, field records, processing and deliverables into a consistent workflow.
