PillPilot puts AI agents to work inside a pharmacy's existing software. The agents read incoming prescriptions and complete data entry directly in the pharmacy management system, whether that's PioneerRx, PrimeRx, BestRx, EnterpriseRx, Liberty, QS/1, ComputerRx, or something else. Because the agents work through a vision and accessibility layer instead of a custom integration, there's no system migration and no change to how the pharmacy already works. A pharmacist reviews everything the agents produce before it counts. The platform also handles outbound patient calls, and it includes an agentic analytics dashboard. Staff can type a question about their operations data, things like fill volume, workflow bottlenecks, or payer trends, and get an answer they can turn into a custom report, graph, or spreadsheet on the spot. Security is built for pharmacy from the start. PillPilot is HIPAA compliant with a BAA on every deployment, PHI is tokenized before any model sees it, access is role-based, and every write is logged for audit. A typical rollout starts with a pilot sized to the pharmacy's script volume and reaches production in about two weeks. PillPilot works for independent and community pharmacies, multi-store groups, LTC pharmacies, central fill operations, and 340B programs. The team behind it comes from companies like RedSail Technologies, PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy, Walgreens, Pfizer, Photon Health, Alphasense, Capital One.
