When I was assisting in the hunt for a new TA management system. After the demo and some quick youtube videos, I knew this would be a great fit! I like that manager assessments and succession planning and development are included in this system. As an employee, they can record their education, work history, etc, and be hands-on with their profile instead of relaying all the work onto the recruiter/employee. It's great for smaller companies so if you're a bigger company with more than 200 employees - Id look for something a little bigger.
