It would be great, if they can parse resumes, and take out keywords as per the job role and help in evaluation in a automatic system driven fashion. Pilat Talent management is a very effective solution for continuous performance management. It helps to choose and promote your employees precisely in the areas they like, helping them to avoid the work they do worse and are less capable of. The best part of it is that employees themselves evaluate what they love to do and what their best talents are, and Pilat Talent analyzes it using a statistical database and allows the manager to lower recruitment costs and make the best of each employee. Participation of users in improving and enhancing software is also a con, as the software changes often, so users need to learn new features. Finding strong and weak points of employees and co-workers is crucial for effective workflow. As one of just two data scientists in the company, I often help to choose new staff and to rearrange tasks between people. For example, our data analysis uses Excel management, R and Python coding, Plot building and interpretation, and a lot of communication with clients. It was great not to divide all work equally but to know who is most talented in coding and hates live communication and who is best in communication and interpretation.
