It helps to choose and promote your employees precisely in the areas they like, helping them to avoid the work they do worse and are less capable of. The best part of it is that employees themselves evaluate what they love to do and what their best talents are, and Pilat Talent analyzes it using a statistical database and allows the manager to lower recruitment costs and make the best of each employee. It's a win-win solution. Also a user friendly simple to use software. **What do you dislike about Pilat Talent Management?** Participation of users in improving and enhancing software is also a con, as the software changes often, so users need to learn new features. Also there is no learning management function which would be nice to have. **What problems is Pilat Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding strong and weak points of employees and co-workers is crucial for effective workflow. As one of just two data scientists in the company, I often help to choose new staff and to rearrange tasks between people. For example, our data analysis uses Excel management, R and Python coding, Plot building and interpretation, and a lot of communication with clients. It was great not to divide all work equally but to know who is most talented in coding and hates live communication and who is best in communication and interpretation. This knowledge provided to us by Pilat Talent helped us to make our work much more efficient, and also to make employees happier. ### 2. After the demo and some quick youtube videos, I knew this would be a great fit! I like that manager assessments and succession planning and development are included in this system. As an employee, they can record their education, work history, etc, and be hands-on with their profile instead of relaying all the work onto the recruiter/employee. **What do you dislike about Pilat Talent Management?** It's great for smaller companies so if you're a bigger company with more than 200 employees - Id look for something a little bigger. It has the ability to be scalable to a bigger company - but not right now. **What problems is Pilat Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is giving us the scalability to house everything in one place as we grow. I like that we could do performance reviews, new pay scales, hands-on employee profiles. ### 3. This could be a central system to store all the employee information in a single point. **What do you dislike about Pilat Talent Management?** Pilat can also have a fully integrated HRMS tool; now I need to have another agency, and thus requires coordination; it would be better if there were integration with other HRMS and Payroll tools. **What problems is Pilat Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps get feedback from employees , for performance assessment and review. Information, background and expertise of all co-workers are stored in central software. ### 4.
