The wide variety of pre-made graphics, the generous amount of features that are available as a free user really allowed me to go under the hood and use it before purchasing a plan. The chart tools leave much to be desired in terms of customizing label appearances, axes, etc. I usually work around and use their text tools to apply labels to simple pie charts. Piktochart allows me to quickly choose a template and make professional-looking infographics without needing a designer when I don't have access to one. Template-wise, there are some very creative ones that were easy to repurpose. We were creating infographics for a holiday poll and they looked very professional and it was easy to use.
