**What do you like best about PIKT?**

PIKT reported the state of health of my system, setting up the networks, security management, and to some extent, data retrieval. This was convenient for me because it eliminated the need to leap between several specific tools which I used to do.

**What do you dislike about PIKT?**

The security management, in comparison to a real security suite, appears primitive and rudimentary. This makes it less suitable for more detailed work or anything that needs more fine-tuned input.

**What problems is PIKT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PIKT has helped me monitor the overall health of the system and change basic settings of the network. This is beneficial especially when dealing with a small scale networks or in responding to simple IT concerns.
