There is a range of methods that participants of our events/meetings can input their responses - of which we can tailor to enable responses are reflected and adddressed. The various panels are also rather useful, especially when we're having various screens such as the Moderator/Administrator/Projector/Audience Panels. Post-event, Pigeonhole is also very user firnedly such that responses can be downloaded easily for referencing/post-event work or follow ups. In terms of customer support, the team is also really responsive and helpful. - Interface is super user friendly (from admin & audience perspective)

- A variety of tools like word cloud, polling, quizzes to select from to suit different events/ programme needs

- Integration capability on Zoom & Teams with even chat and reaction buttons (emoji)
