Pigeon Suite is a visitor experience platform for attractions, venues, events and destinations. Each venue gets its own branded visitor app on iPhone and Android, managed by the venue team from a browser-based admin console without coding. For visitors, Pigeon Suite brings together digital wayfinding, interactive and offline maps, AI recognition of animals, artifacts and exhibits, audio guides and self-guided tours, treasure hunts and quizzes, real-time ride wait times and virtual queues, tickets and passes in a mobile wallet, multilingual content, alerts and mobile food ordering. The apps support screen readers and larger text. For venue teams, the admin console covers content management, roles and permissions, visitor analytics and heat maps, surveys and feedback, and white labelling, so the app carries the venue's own name and brand. Pigeon Suite connects with ticketing, membership, CRM, point-of-sale and payment systems, and custom connectors can be built for a venue's own systems. Pigeon Suite serves zoos and aquariums, wildlife parks, museums and science centers, theme and water parks, fairs and festivals, conferences, destinations and heritage trails, parks, hospitals, stadiums and university campuses. Live apps have more than 20,000 downloads, including apps for Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, Parc Animalier d'Auvergne and Historic Downtown Lombard. Hosting, support, platform and app updates, app store release management and help with content are included, and the venue owns its content and data. Deployments typically go live in days to weeks. Pigeon Suite is a finalist for the 2026 IAAPA Best New Product Award.
