Good tool for designing **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jose P. | Analista de programas, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2018 **What do you like best about Pidoco?** It is a magnificent tool for creating designs focused on online retail stores. I definitely recommend it because it is very easy to use and their support is very good, they are always willing to help. Their interface is very intuitive and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Pidoco?** They have different price ranges, but without a doubt, the Platinum is the best of all and also the most expensive. If you want something good, you really have to pay for it. Custom templates are quite difficult to make, which is a major drawback when creating individual ones for each client. However, these are minor issues, since this program has more advantages than disadvantages. **Recommendations to others considering Pidoco:** I recommend this tool to everyone who wants to get started in online web design for sales. We have tried other tools and we can definitely say that this is the best of all. We believe it is the most complete in terms of interface, support, and ease of use. We definitely recommend it to everyone in our same field who desires an easy and simple platform to design their online web. We would bet on this application again! **What problems is Pidoco solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have managed to save time when designing. It is undoubtedly magnificent for everyone. In our company, we are very happy and believe it is the best program available for this type of design. ### 2. I think it would be better if they had more coherent customer service times as well as active and timely response to customer service questions. Not sure what they are. Also wish their website offered more things. ### 3. Fast way for Lo-Fidelity Wireframes **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Melanie M. | UX/ UI Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2017 **What do you like best about Pidoco?** Its proficient and quick to use if you need a lo-fidelty wireframe stat. I like the sketch design onto the prototype so it makes it look like paper to device transfer. You can also export your prototypes and wireframes to users for testing. **What do you dislike about Pidoco?** There is no rotating options if I wanted to flip a symbol. **Recommendations to others considering Pidoco:** If you want something that it easy to use and need a wireframe outline quickly I would recommend this. If you are looking for something to use in High Fidelity Wireframes this is not the program for you. **What problems is Pidoco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting the wireframes set up quickly without the hassle of drawing from paper to device. You can do it on the program itself. ### 4. Eh. Also, some of the elements could be interacted with (ie. you can actually check on and off a check box). **What do you dislike about Pidoco?** I found it cumbersome to work with and limited in the amount of templates it offered. Also, when you would specify that you were mocking up a mobile experience suddenly a bunch of the templates would be different or missing. I really wanted it to be more flexible and less prescribed. **What problems is Pidoco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly used Pidocco for wireframing.
