I like the fact that I can turn around a YouTube video podcast in under a half an hour.

I record a daily news show which is currently an audio podcast. I have been trying to take it to YouTube but I didn't just want my picture and a voice over. No matter how good they are, even and animated avatar, no matter how good, is inauthentic. With Pictory, I can produce an attractive and professional looking graphically enhance video.

I load my script. I upload my voice over. It automagically synchronizes the two and then gives me a scene by scene graphic with stills and videos that illustrate based on keywords. These are about 80 percent accurate and some are great and stunning visuals. I can then click through and edit, putting in my own graphics, my own logos and quickly search their quite vast library for graphics and change the suggestions.

After that? Preview and publish.

It adds about 1/2 an hour each day (maximum) to my production time. Without this I would have had to take a staff member (full-time) every day for at least four to five hours to select graphics, upload the sound, synch to the pictures, and take it back to me for approval and changes.

If I had the time and the money, I guess we could do this but why? I can do everything myself, and save the staff time and turnaround time.

Plus (and I've only been using them for a month) but so far, they have incredible support on their forums and yes, if you can't solve it there, a real person will help you.

I don't know enough about dealing with video and editing on this platform yet, but if it could give me a simple way to edit video clips, I'd be ecstatic.

But please, one thing. Make it easier to add text. I'd love to work with you on that one. And that "put the same text on every slide" - if you are going to have that ability, make sure it can be deleted from every slide and not done 1 by 1 as I've had to do. Ease to use interface, a wide variety of aspect ratios,I primarily use it for youtube shorts and it is easy to find the footage I am looking for . There is also quick rendering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I forget how to link scenes, and it gets stuck on firefox, but on safari and chrome works very nice, I also have trouble with logging in (system logges me out after an hour or so) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
