Piction's access control and platform management have added great clarity and transparency to our day-to-day document management systems. **What do you dislike about Piction?** Some rudimentary tasks like meta data management aren't intuitive but their customer support had been very helpful in getting our questions answered quickly! **What problems is Piction solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an access control problem in out company which was easily mitigated with Piction. An ancillary advantage is that training new employees using Piction's workflows is a breeze and has helped reduce costs in the short term. ### 4. In particular I find the metadata editing functions to be superior. With our particular instance we handle photography in a variety of formats, video and graphic files. The system allows us to effectively archive and distribute content to a very large client base of approximately 1000 end-users. **What do you dislike about Piction?** Our biggest stumbling block has not been with the system itself, but with the support and development teams of Piction. They tend to be slow, unresponsive and prone to dropping projects they find challenging without communicating these limitations to the client. This may well be a result of growing pains within the company. They have a rapidly growing client base but their infrastructure has had a hard time matching this growth. **Recommendations to others considering Piction:** Be very clear with them concerning development projects.
