It enables online retailers to manage their entire warehouse operation from a single, cloud-based platform. With Picqer, businesses can process incoming shipments, maintain accurate inventory, pick and pack orders efficiently, and ship through integrated carriers. The product is designed for modern webshops that process between 20 and 20,000 orders per day. Unlike traditional warehouse software aimed at wholesale or enterprise, Picqer focuses on the fast-moving, high-volume needs of e-commerce. The platform is used by hundreds of companies across Europe and is available in both Dutch and English. Picqer supports the full warehouse lifecycle. Teams can receive stock using purchase orders, register product batches and serial numbers, track inventory across multiple warehouse locations, and scan barcodes during picking and receiving. Orders are automatically imported from connected e-commerce platforms and picked using guided digital pick lists or scanners. Packing slips and shipping labels are generated directly from the system, and return handling is also supported. All activity is shown in real time, giving every team member—from warehouse staff to customer service—access to accurate information about stock levels, order status, and warehouse performance. This improves collaboration and reduces errors across the business. Picqer integrates directly with leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Bol.com, and Amazon. Shipping services like Sendcloud, MyParcel, and PostNL can also be connected. For custom workflows and tools, Picqer offers an open API and webhooks. Because Picqer is cloud-based, it requires no local installation and is accessible from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.
