**What do you like best about PicnicHR?**

It is a very budget friently HR tool suitable for small enterprises. Its interface also userfriendly and it can be used for efficient and effective attendance and shift tracking.

**What do you dislike about PicnicHR?**

Lack of many new HR functionalities is a reason for dislike to PicnicHR. The custmisation possibilities also less and integration also difficult in some cases.

**What problems is PicnicHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to process employees leave requests easily and manage the shifts timing of each employees. The Analytics data provided by PicnicHR also very useful for the monthly MIS reports.

**What do you like best about PicnicHR?**

It has user friendly interface and efficient time-off management features. The personal calendar view feature makes it easier to plan resources and manage workloads effectively.

**What do you dislike about PicnicHR?**

There is a room for improvement in customization options.

**What problems is PicnicHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined the time-off and leave request process. This is amazing. In terms of ease of use and resource planning its good.
