There are a wide variety of editing tools that you can use to alter and edit your photos. I used PicMonkey to resize some pictures, and I found the entire editing process to be very easy to navigate. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? I don't like that you have to register with your email. I also don't like uploading my photos to Picmonkey. There are some other photo editing software out there that do not require an email address, so those could be more favorable if I were too lazy to create an account. Also, I wouldn't say I liked the fact that they ask you for your email after you are finished editing and ready to download the photo. Recommendations to others considering PicMonkey: I would recommend PicMonkey for any basic edits or adjustments that you want to make to your photos. However, if you are not comfortable uploading your image to PicMonkey, or if you are not willing to create an account using your email, I would not recommend this for you. It requires no download, has a great assortment of fonts and templates. It's simple to use with intuitive design features and it's constantly evolving! I have access to other "high end" editors, the full adobe suite for example, but I still use PicMonkey the most. I also love the tutorials they have on the site. The only thing I dislike is that not all of the features available on the mobile platform are available on the desktop version, and vice versa. Though they did recently make all filters available in both places and they added in a Pro level subscription this week which may have the additional features in it, I only have the basic version so I'm not sure. Recommendations to others considering PicMonkey: If you're considering this platform, give the free version a try, you have nothing to use, and everything to gain. PicMonkey is simple to use, highly responsive and creates great images. They just added in free stock photos and updated their template selection. All the new features the platform has been rolling out are putting them in line with Adobe, but at a mere fraction of the price. It will definitely take your photos to the next level. I work for a marketing agency, and I create most of the advertising images for my clients with PicMonkey. I also use it to make slides for Spark videos. PicMonkey has many templates that help get me started. (I'm not a designer but do all of the design work for the nonprofit I work for.) I like that you can upload multiple brand kits, and I like how user-friendly it is. Downloading your finished creations is also super easy. The price is another pro for PicMonkey. I pay for PicMonkey out of pocket because using it makes my job much better and it is so cheap I don't mind (and I work for a nonprofit and like helping absorb costs). Their customer support isn't great and doesn't allow attachments (so you can't screenshot or screen record any glitches to show what is happening). Recommendations to others considering PicMonkey: PicMonkey is an excellent product for a pretty great price. They generally offer a two-week trial, and you can pay by the month with no contract. This makes trying them out easy and commitment-free. I would recommend trying them out if you have any doubts, then going with the yearly option to save even more. As a marketer who is not a graphic designer, I use PicMonkey to create professional and aesthetic designs. It is more economical and more userfriendly than other tools out there. While there are some things I wish it could do differently, I have yet to find better software for the goals I am trying to accomplish. This, coupled with the price, make it ideal for accomplishing design-related goals at my nonprofit and my work as a consultant. I also like the way things are organized within PicMonkey which allow me to sort each project including when working on different projects for various organizations.
