The most helpful thing is that PicMonkey is an online photo editing and graphic creation tool. I can access it wherever I am, and that has been SO convenient on the occasions I've had an urgent need away from home. I also find it intuitive and easy to use and it offers so many editing and creating options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? A few editing features (like cloning or brightening) can be extremely finicky. They stop working, and often it takes logging out for hours or even days before they will work again. I love how easy photo retouching is. Over the years, they’ve added so many options and features. I’ve used PicMonkey for over 20 years and have created all kinds of projects—photobooks, videos, scrapbooks, magazine covers, and more. What I’ve always liked most is how straightforward the software is, making it accessible for users of all skill levels, regardless of technical ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? My only complaint is how features I once used have all come at a cost. I had a subscription when I was doing a lot of projects and slowly by surely, features that were included in my subscription became part of a new tier for billing. The best part is the artist made templates. They make it easy for unprofessional or beginner designers to create high quality work just by clicking and replacing text, colors and graphics. What do you dislike about PicMonkey? The biggest downside is that you cannoy download your work for free.While you can try the tool for free you must have a paid subsribtion to export your logos. PicMonkey solves the problem of needing expensive software or a design degree to create branding. It helps me design professional looking logos using pre mafe building blocks. What is most helpful about PicMonkey is that the app is versatile, straightforward, and intuitive user interface experience with a tidy layout on both the website and mobile app. It categorises the fonts between types (Sans, Serif, Handwriting) an has a fade option to make the text layers blending with the photos. It also allows multiple themes to implement and there is a comments section to show other team members why certain changes were made in the project files. Disappointed that I do not see a method to upload your own custom fonts to use in the app. Wish there was more customer support options as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering PicMonkey: If you are looking for a quick graphic program to use, ask your organisation if you are okay with the font selection they give you or prefer to upload your own fonts to use in a photo and text editing app. The typeface organisation is second to none. and if it achieves the objectives your organisation wants to achieve with the software to increase speed whilst retains branding. I used PicMonkey for editing my resume, to make simple edits to my logos for my websites, resize images and background images for my demos. It is really very easy to use and implement.
